The official music video for Woodkid’s Run Boy Run, directed by Yoann Lemoine himself

One word is all that’s needed here, and that word is wow. Lemoine, aka Woodkid, slew me months and months ago for the workmanship surrounding his previous single, Iron (Agyness Deyn was a bonus feature—man, I love her). But hot damn, his new single literally kills. Oddball creatures popping up from the ground, the kid’s viking ensemble, a cityscape straight out of Fritz Lang’s Metropolis, and the backdrop with the pirate ship—my word, I honestly can’t wait to see what this man produces next.
